Healing through Nature
One of the most common triggers for an Endometriosis flare up is stress. And boy, do I experience stress!
For the last 4 years, I have worked in the fast paced tech industry. There have been days where I feel like I want to rip out my hair or make myself a fort to hide under.
I recognize that self care is truly important in these situations.
